Curried lentils, version 1
Saute the onions in olive oil till soft or beginning to brown. Add curry, cook a bit. Add garlic, cook till fragrant. Add water, then bananas, coconut powder. Simmer uncovered till lentils are soft.

This was too much water. Next time, only four cups and simmer covered.
