Bulgogi — Ninja Speedi
Bulgogi are big enough that, if you want to eat them by hand, then need to be crisped, not just steamed otherwise they fall apart. Here's what worked for me:
- One cup of water in pot
- Crisper tray in lower position
- Bulgogi onto tray
- Set the "steam and crisp" function to 390° for 8 minutes.
