This is encouraging: it looks like my passport is on the way back from the embassy. Let's see, if they mailed it on Wednesday, then they probably finished processing it on Tuesday, which would mean they had a 6 business-day processing time. Their website says it should take five business days. Hm. Can't very well complain about that, can I? Hopefully the passport will have a completed visa, not a note saying I messed up.
