Loud music is fun if you love it :) Rocking out is it’s own art form. Dancing music should be loud so you can feel it and it does have little to do with thought and everything to do with mood.

Don responds: Oh, I’ve never used a pill in my life to sleep. I’ve noticed that my sleep has become more fitful over the last few years, which means i need to start exercising more, no doubt.
