Don starts his trip heading east from Roseburg, OR, along highway 138, which follows the Umpqua river. People were fly fishing along the river, and the views resembled those fishing sequences from the movie “And a river runs through it.” I had had a late start, so I didn't stop for many photos on the way, but as you can see, the area is beautiful.
