Sorceror's Apprentice, movie prices
Today I went to see the Sorceror's Apprentice (Ученик чародея) in Russian. Amusing.
Things are different in Russia. For instance, they sell beer & hard liquor at the concession stands, and you can even take them into the theater. Weird.
But also of interest is the different in pricing structure. In the States we usually have matinee and regular prices. For the theater I was at, they had a much more time-delineated fee structure:
Starting times | Mon - Thu | Friday & holidays | Weekends & holidays
Economy | Lazyboy | Economy | Lazyboy | Economy | Lazyboy
1000 | 1155 | 80 | 250 | 80 | 300 | 100 | 350 |
1200 | 1355 | 100 | 250 | 100 | 300 | 110 | 350 |
1400 | 1555 | 110 | 250 | 110 | 300 | 150 | 350 |
1600 | 1755 | 130 | 250 | 130 | 300 | 170 | 350 |
1800 | 1855 | 160 | 250 | 180 | 300 | 190 | 350 |
1900 | 2255 | 160 | 250 | 180 | 300 | 190 | 350 |
2300 | 300 | 150 | 250 | 180 | 300 | 180 | 350 |
They also have lower student rates Monday - Wednesday.
You may ask about the "Lazy Boy" lines. Well, theater #6 has Lazyboy-style recliners in addition to regular chairs.
