For breakfast today I drank катык, which the Tatars pronounce kah-tuhk and the Russians pronounce kah-tyk. Essentially it's another fermented milk drink, but this one is made of boiled milk. It's boiled down to about 1/3 of its original volume, so it's much thicker than some of the other fermented milk products here. I like it.
