Russian бабушка touching grandchild forehead can say - "Ты заболеваешь". Means "You are developing illness".
So Perfective Present form is used in spoken Russian (not sure what the language rules say):
Я заболеваю (same as "у меня начинается болезнь")
Ты заболеваешь
Он заболевает
и т.д.

Don responds: Here we have an issue of English grammatical terminology. Заболевать is an imperfective verb derived from a perfective verb, but it is not “perfective present”.
