| Commercial traffic is no longer allowed to cross Hoover Dam in our post-9/11 world, so commercial vehicles have to make a lengthy detour through Bullhead City and Laughlin, which adds a couple of hours to their journey. To relieve that pressure, a new bridge is being built along highway 93 to accomodate the truckers. Alas, the construction may last a while. |
