Equal string utility

This utility transforms those pesky equal strings like "=D0=1F=D1=80=D0=B8=D0=32=D0=35=D1=82" into something more comprehensible. (Try UTF-8 with that string.) Paste your text into the space provided and try out the various code pages until the text is more legible. Sometimes it will help resolve other funny looking character strings as well. It does not solve all character issues, but it will be occasionally helpful. (Written for Windows XP: must have JavaScript enabled.)
