American influence, part 2
You have probably already figured out that I really like the various types of Russian dumplings. What I haven't told you is that I brought some chipotle peppers from home that I had ground up in my blender. That's right: I have ground chipotle in Russia! And today I sprinkled them on my pelmeni with sour cream and partially on the non-flavored ones. Ohmigosh! Pelmeni with chipotle rock!
